R2C's Smart Choices - A Young Women’s Health and Wellness Initiative, serves as a supplemental program to deter risky behaviors in middle and high school aged girls.
R2C's mission is to empower and CONNECT the under and unemployed to career opportunities and community resources to help them reach financial independence.
